If you are looking for Dean Graziosi's Reviews, then you are reading the right article. Most review sites I read are extremely biased, either talking smack about Dean while trying to promote something else or just saying vague things about him.

Well here's what I've found to be true.

Dean published a book you may have heard of called 'Be a real estate millionaire'.

So the first question to ask.... is the book any good?

The book itself is very inspirational and will motivate you into action if you read it. This doesn't mean you'll become a real estate investor by reading this book. Now that's not a bad thing and it's not a statement meant to diminish the book. Rather it's the honest truth you need to know so you can make a good decision.

The book itself is good. In fact, too good which is why it works. See, if you are a beginner you can't go into real estate investing using strategies experts use. In other words, you must learn to walk before you run.

So with that in mind, know that you will more than likely need to join a coaching program to have a mentor walk you through your first few deals. You don't need to pay for coaching if you already know someone who is willing to take you by the hand for free.

Most people I've talked to including business partners and industry experts speak highly of Dean's real estate training programs.

In fact the majority of people who join his programs are satisfied customers and the only people I see complaint are those who do not take action.

Dean has been on TV since 1999 which means he has to be doing something right. You can tell just by reading his book how genuine and honest this guy is and his sincerity in wanting to help people achieve their financial goals through real estate.

So there you go... other critics won't tell you that your education will not stop and that Dean Graziosi's products will not be the last ones you get. There will not be a last book or program you'll get. Not if you are a true entrepreneur.
